Acquired MacDonald Supply, added 3 branches in Bellefontaine (OH), Defiance (OH) & Findlay (OH) bringing total number of branches to 39.

2022

Celebrated our 75th Anniversary in the PLUMBING business!

2021

Cincinnati branch moved to a new facility.

2020

Acquired Valley Supply, added 4 branches in Elkins, Clarksburg, Parkersburg & Charleston, West Virginia.

Added branch in Waterford, Michigan.

2019

Celebrated our 85th year in business!

Opened our 31st branch and our first branch in Indiana, Ft. Wayne.

Introduction of RHS Mobile Application.

Scott Robertson elected ASA President.

Celebrated our 70th year in the PLUMBING business.

20,000 sq. ft. addition to Pittsburgh branch.

Columbus South relocated to larger facility in Columbus West.

Acquired Rheem Supply with HVAC warehouses in Warren/Detroit and Wyoming/Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Our 70th year in business was celebrated with a grand opening expo at our brand-new 285,000 sq. ft. Corprate Headquarters/Distribution Center at 2155 W. Main St. in Alliance, Ohio. Magnificent Kitchen & Bath Gallery showroom with working fixtures is our crowning jewel.

Combined Garfield Heights and Valley View branches to become a full-service branch

Opened branch in Valley View, Ohio . . . our first “Plumbing Only” warehouse.

2001

Purchased land in new Alliance industrial park, to begin plans for bigger and better company headquarters.

Opened branch in Toledo, Ohio.

Acquired wholesaler K & K Supply in Lima, Ohio.

1997

Celebrated 50th year in the plumbing business with a Grand Expo at the Alliance location.

Grand Opening of “Your Bath Gallery” showroom in Cranberry Twp. warehouse.

Acquired Rheem H & A factory branch in Garfield Heights, Ohio, and tranformed it into our 23rd branch.

RHS 22nd warehouse opens in Wooster, 21,000 sq. ft.

Opened Belden Village Bath & Design Studio, located inside Belden Village Lighting Center.

Scott Robertson becomes President of Robertson Heating Supply Co.

Butler 11,500 sq. ft. warehouse expansion.

Opened new 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Washington.

RHS named “Wholesaler of the Year” for 1989-1990 by PHCC Contractors Assoc.

Sandusky 9,000 sq. ft. warehouse expansion.

Columbus unveils Designer Showroom with 15,000 sq. ft. of display area.

Acquired Anchor-Dawn Supply of Donora.

Built new 42,000 sq. ft. Beaver Falls warehouse.

Constructed 65,000 sq. ft. new addition plus 12,000 sq. ft. of new offices in Alliance.

John Robertson inducted into this century’s Industry Hall of Fame.

John Robertson elected president of American Supply Association.

Construction of our new Belden Village Lighting Center in Canton.

Added 8,000 sq. ft. and crane facilities at Canton warehouse.

Built new 44,000 sq. ft. Akron warehouse.

Built new 14,000 sq. ft. Butler warehouse.

Built 40,000 sq. ft. Youngstown warehouse.

Acquired and remodeled Lancaster warehouse.

Built new 17,000 sq. ft. Sandusky warehouse.

John Robertson elected president of National Association of Wholesalers, head quartered in Washington, D.C.

Opened Butler and Newark, plus Newark’s new building.

John Robertson elected president of Central Supply Association.

Built Canton’s warehouse.

Built New Philadelphia twig.

Opened Sharon and New Philadelphia twigs.

Robertson Heating Supply selected as Wholesaler of the Year.

John Robertson elected president of Northamerican Heating-Air Conditioning Wholesalers.

1953

Built our $600,000 Alliance warehouse.

1951

Opened our Steubenville warehouse.

1947

Went into plumbing wholesaling (previously were warm air exclusively). In a few short years we became one of the top plumbing wholesalers in Ohio and a prominent one in the country.

Purchased our second Alliance warehouse, the plumbing building.

1946

Started Robertson Supply Co., our electrical wholesale division.

1945

Opened branches at Canton and Zanesville.

1939

Moved to Alliance Prospect Street warehouse.

1934

Robertson Heating Supply Co. was started in Alliance.
