As part of our huge site refresh on: 11/24/2025 some users may experience pages that don't seem to load quite right. Many times this is due to web browsers "caching" certain pages so that they load faster the next time you visit them.
Many times, this can cause issues when the website undergoes major visual changes that conflict with the version of the site your browser has. Below are steps you can take to help resolve these visual issues.
Desktop Browsers
Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge
Use the following keyboard shortcuts:
- Windows: Press
Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R
- macOS: Press
Cmd + Shift + R
Apple Safari (macOS)
- Open the Develop menu (if not visible, go to Safari > Settings > Advanced and check "Show Develop menu in menu bar").
- Go to Develop > Empty Caches.
- Perform a normal refresh (
Cmd + R) to reload the page with the emptied cache.
Mobile Devices
Clearing the cache on mobile requires going into the settings of the browser app.
Android (Chrome Browser App)
- Open the Chrome app.
- Tap the three-dot menu (...) in the top-right corner.
- Tap History.
- Tap Clear browsing data... at the top.
- Set the Time range to All time.
- Ensure Cached images and files is checked.
- Tap Clear data.
iOS (Safari Browser App)
Note: This clears the cache for all Safari websites.
- Go to the device's main Settings app.
- Scroll down and tap Safari.
- Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
- Tap Clear History and Data on the pop-up to confirm.
